If there is one program I am super excited about, it is this one – The 21 Day Fix Extreme program. First off, I have completed the 21 Day Fix program twice and found the workout routines very challenging and fun along with the easy to follow nutrition plan. No treats are allowed in this meal plan so you will have to do without to ensure the results you want. You can do without treats for 21 days, right?!
