Here is one of my absolute favorite healthy dessert recipes. These are called frozen fudgy oat balls and they are so delicious and super easy to prepare. There is nothing like mixing the flavors of chocolate and natural peanut butter for this brownie like treat. Be careful with these because only 2 of these are 150 calories and they are addictive if you know what I mean.

Yield: 8 servings, 16 balls – 1 oz each
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
1 scoop Beachbody Whey Protein Powder, Chocolate or Vanilla Flavor (or equivalent)
½ cup all-natural peanut butter
½ ripe medium banana, mashed
½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1. Combine Shakeology, oats, and Whey Protein Powder in a large bowl; mix well.
2. Add peanut butter and banana; mix well with a spatula or clean hands.
3. Using a 1 oz scoop or melon baller, scoop out 1 – oz balls and roll them to shape.
4. Freeze for 3 hours before serving.
