I was a professional chef for 22 years and I must say Nutrition class in college was my absolute weakest subject.  After starting P90X and becoming a Team Beachbody Coach, I realized I had to face my demons of nutrition weakness to really get the results I wanted.  Therefore you will begin to hear from me a lot on the subject of nutrition.  Nutrition is the most critical part of getting the results that we are after.  If you want average results, put in average effort on the nutrition. If you want AMAZING results, commit to the nutrition. Want to build muscle? You need the right nutrition to make it happen.  Do you want to lose body fat?  You are going to need the right nutrition to make that happen too!  If you are working out to P90X, Insanity, or any other program, the workouts are set for you.  All you need to do is push play!  But what about the rest of the day, the other 23 hours that are available to you?  You will have to take that time seriously to get the results you are looking for.

The purpose of this page is to provide a “one stop shop” so to speak for any info that you need on nutrition.  I want everyone on TEAM Rock Hard to be dialed in for success when it comes to nutrition.  While every workout program comes with a nutrition guide, I have found that I use the P90X Nutrition Guide the most when it comes to a good basis for nutrition to support your goals in working out.

Therefore, I have some tools for you!  This is what you need to succeed.
